REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR THE 2025 FALL SEASON

**above fees will increase by $50 if you register after July 1st!**

We are happy to announce that, due to last year's fundraising efforts, the Stallions organization is able to sponsor a portion of the cost for every athlete to keep our fees the same as our 2024 prices, despite many of our costs increasing. Thank you to all who help support our fundraisers and find sponsors for the program!


Included in the new registration fee

  • new personalized game jersey, game pants, socks, and compression shirts (long sleeve and short sleeve)
  • practice jersey, 2 mouthpieces, pink October socks
  • use of certified conditioned helmet & shoulder pads
  • banquet ticket & trophy for athlete
  • league fees, insurance, coach education
  • homecoming celebrations
  • referee fees
  • administrative costs to organization


Included in the returner fee

  • all the above excluding game jersey, game pants, socks, hoodie, and compression shirt (each item will be available to purchase separately if need be)


Not included in registration fees

  • volunteer deposit of $150 (PER FAMILY, NOT PER CHILD)
  • practice pants
  • cleats
  • extra mouthpieces
  • mandatory fundraising fee $40 (PER FAMILY, NOT PER CHILD)


Equipment Fittings & Uniform Sizing

*A $150 post-dated deposit check will be needed for equipment fittings. Once the equipment is returned at the end of the season your deposit will be returned. The check will not be cashed at fittings, it will be cashed only if equipment is not returned.

2025 FOOTBALL

Please make sure you are entering your child's age they WILL BE on SEPT 1, 2025 and an accurate weight for your child so we can begin accurately filling rosters. Football rosters are created using the age/weight chart provided by our league.

**A photo/copy of your child's birth certificate and a head shot/ID style photo (shoulders and up, facing forward, unobstructed) MUST BE uploaded to your registration form in order to complete this registration per league eligibility requirements.

Not included in Registration Fees:

-Mandatory Fundraising Fee of $40 per family (select this option at checkout)

-Volunteer Deposit of up to $150 per family. This will be charged to your family account balance only if you fail to complete your volunteer duties.  If you know you will not be able to complete duties, you may choose the "Volunteer Buyout" option of $100 at registration.

The above are PER FAMILY, not PER CHILD. i.e. if you have 3 children in the program, you only pay these once, not three times.
